Payment

 

What payment methods are accepted?

  • You can purchase on our website using USDT, PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, AliPay, Bank Transfer...
  • You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

 

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support USD for charging our customers in their local currencies.

Depending on the website and Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.

 

Shipping

 

Where do you ship?

  • We offer international shipping services that deliver to over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than putting our awesome products into your hands.
  • Few locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 12 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

  • United States: 7-14 working days
  • Canada: 7-14 working days
  • Australia: 7-14 working days
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 working days
  • Singapore: 7-14 working days
  • Other Countries: 7-18 working days

Delivery operations are limited across all carriers on Sundays.

Please note, fulfillment in the warehouse takes ~1 day depending on order volume at the time placed. (Expect this time frame to increase during Holiday Season)

Once your order leaves, you will receive an email with tracking information for delivery will be included.

 

 

Can I change my order?

  • Our emphasis is on quickly dispatching orders, we cannot guarantee order cancellations once placed.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Service team. We'll make every effort to assist you, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is placed.
  • We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
  • Once your order is under the status "Preparing for shipping", "Shipping" or "Delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
  • To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through  CONTACT US.

Return and Warranty

We DO accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must have been sold on our online store
  • The item(s) shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 10 days of the return or exchange request

We DO NOT accept returns in respect to the following conditions: 

  • The item(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • The item(s) which are after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Refund Processing?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
